As a Lending Specialist, my passion is helping people with all things financial because for me, being a Lending Specialist isn’t a job, it’s what I love to do.
I’m driven by seeing excitement and happiness on people’s faces, whether it is first home owners buying their first home, couples or families building, renovating, extending or investors creating wealth for their future.
I’ve always had an aptitude for finance and numbers and have known for a long time I was destined for a career in finance. I’ve worked towards that goal throughout my professional life, carefully selecting jobs that taught me about different facets of the finance world and later earning formal qualifications in both Lending and Finance Broking Management.
What makes me different? I don’t have the “Big bank” mentality, never have and never will. I’m not an Ex-Banker, or a current Banker. Yes I love finance, but I love the part of finance that helps people to be HAPPY, and that’s why I chose to be a Lending Specialist.
This is my business and I’m dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals. And because of that, my reputation is my most important asset. I’m not happy just to get a deal done, I want to get the right deal at the right price, every time, for every client. That’s the foundation of my business and my personal credo.
I will simplify the loan process for you by completing the paperwork, liaising with your Real Estate Agent and Conveyancer as appropriate and of course maintaining ongoing contact with you along the way as well.
A family member introduced me to Alyssa a few years ago, after we experienced a rather frustrating loan application directly through our own bank. Alyssa came to our home and gave us the confidence to apply once again, using her expert and un-biased advice she was able to secure a home loan for us to best suit our needs, with no problem at all. We have never looked back since that day.
Alyssa conducts herself in an upmost professional manner with a wealth of knowledge and experience beyond her years, along with a friendly personality. We found the communication from Alyssa was of an excellent standard, we always knew where the application was up to and constantly kept well informed with the whole procedure. Any questions I wanted to ask even though minor, were always answered promptly and loaded with informative information.
Alyssa has helped us with debt consolidation, re-financing for home improvements and I can honestly say has turned our lives around on a financial level. We bought our first property earlier this year with the help of Alyssa, who was recommended to us by a friend. Buying a first property is a daunting task so it was a relief to have Alyssa helping us. We thought a broker was just someone who got you better rates with the banks, but she provided so much more than that. Alyssa made everything less stressful – she was easy to talk to, explained things clearly, made sure we met the deadlines for finance approval, liaised with the various different people at the bank and was really fast at turning things around. She gave us everything we needed to make informed decisions about our finances and lending options and managed all the paperwork with the bank.
